To guarantee a reservation, a deposit or credit card
is required at time of booking. 1 night deposit for daily,-$100 for weekly and
$200 for monthly.
Cancellation is 72 hours for daily 1 night charge, 7
day's prior for weekly $100 and 30 days prior for monthly $200. Credit card
guarantee will be charged accordingly.
All reservation that is cancelled 14 days prior to
arrival, that run thru the period of 12/22 - 1/10 will be charged a full stay
cancellation charge
Deposits are not refundable if cancellation is
received after the required period; 72 hours for daily, 7 days for weekly and
30 days for monthly reservations or no-show on the date of arrival.
Advance payment for room rent is due upon check-in
with presentation of a valid credit card.
No adjustments, credits or refunds shall be given for
early checkouts. Rooms are non-transferable.
All incidentals are separate from room charges.
Proper identification is required at check-in.
Daily extending rate is 25% off the daily rack rate.
Maid service for weekly shall be every day maid
service not including the kitchenette. Maid service for monthly shall be every
other day and once a week full maid service.
